Greg R. Cohen, Esq. is a practicing attorney who represents a wide variety of clients involving residential and commercial real estate and loan transactions, including sales, purchases and loans, issuance of title insurance, business and development transactions. 

 

Mr. Cohen has extensive experience educating professionals involved in real estate, including attorneys, real estate agents, title insurance agents, paralegal groups and surveyors.

 

Dedicated to educating colleagues and legal professionals, he has authored “4L:  THE CLASS NEVER TAUGHT IN LAW SCHOOL”,  to assist attorneys with improving their practice, improving their representation of clients, improving their enjoyment of the practice of law, and improving their revenue through generating a successful book of business.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Cohen is currently a Partner at the established law firm Cohen, Norris, Wolmer, Ray, Telepman & Cohen, in North Palm Beach, FL.

 

An alumnus of The University of Miami, Mr. Cohen earned his

J. D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996. Mr. Cohen is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, and past Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
