The other day, I was dealing with another attorney. I could tell he was getting irritated through his emails. At one point he started capitalizing his letters. Really? Is this how an attorney argues nowadays and yells at someone? By capitalizing letters on the computer?
I tried to call him a number of times, but he refused to take my phone call and just kept responding by email. I have to say that this is the modern day attorney. So much ability to hide behind the computer, yet no ability to get things accomplished.
